Which German Certificate Do You Need for Ausbildung?
There is no single certificate that guarantees eligibility for every Ausbildung. German proficiency expectations depend on the occupation, training provider, employer, vocational school and any visa or recognition process that applies.

Understand the task
Make a short verification list: ask the employer which level and certificate they accept; ask the vocational school about classroom language expectations; check the relevant official visa guidance for your route; confirm whether a named exam provider is required.
How to prepare
A practical planning approach is to build toward the level stated by your target employer or authority, then confirm whether Goethe, telc, ÖSD or another proof is accepted. Do not assume B1 or B2 is universally required.
