Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
At Klarweg German Institute, we commit to the highest quality of training. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.
2. The '2-Class' Rule (Risk-Free Period)
We offer a 100% refund if you are dissatisfied with the teaching quality within the first 2 classes (or 3 days) of the batch start date.
After the 2nd class is completed, NO refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Registration Fees
Any 'Seat Booking Fee' or 'Registration Fee' (e.g., ₹500) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Missed Classes
We do not offer refunds or extensions for classes missed by the student. Class recordings are provided as a backup.
5. Course Transfers
Transferring to a different batch (e.g., shifting from Weekday to Weekend) is allowed only once and must be requested within the first week.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original payment method (Razorpay/PhonePe/Bank Transfer).
