3. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
All study materials, PDF notes, video recordings, audio files, and any other content provided by Klarweg German Institute are the exclusive property of Klarweg German Institute and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any of our content for any purpose without our prior written consent. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
4. Student Conduct (Live Classes)
- Being respectful to instructors and fellow students
- Refraining from disruptive behavior
- Not recording sessions without permission
- Maintaining appropriate language and conduct
5. Payments
All fees must be paid in advance before accessing course materials. We accept payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options through our authorized payment partners.
We are not responsible for technical glitches, errors, or delays on third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PhonePe, GPay, or bank payment systems. In case of payment disputes, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.
6. Limitation of Liability
Klarweg German Institute provides comprehensive preparation for the Goethe Exam and other German language certifications. However, we do not guarantee a passing grade or any specific examination result.
Your results depend on your own effort, dedication, practice, and individual learning capacity. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and accept that success in any examination is ultimately your responsibility.
7. Refund Policy
For information about our refund policy, including eligibility criteria and the refund process, please refer to our separate Refund Policy page. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with that policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
Klarweg German Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. 9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
